About Library

        Welcome to Library Blog site of Kendriya Vidyalaya Srikakulam, one of the most well established  educational institution of Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh.  This school was established under as a civil sector school affiliated to CBSE.  The present school building is situated in the Near Eenadu Office, NH-16, Peddapadu.  This Vidyalaya has the strength of more than 900 students and 50 staff on rolls with classes I to XII.  Since its establishment, it has been striving to achieve academic excellence and development in the total personality of the students.  This is double section school.  This vidyalaya has a good variety of books, periodicals, magazines, encyclopedias, newspapers, reference books, audio-video(multi media) materials like CD,DVD etc., to inculcate reading among the students.  This library which has completed automation using “e-granthalaya software” provided by National Informatics Centre(NIC), New Delhi and also circulation by using automation and manually as well.

            This Library blog provides library latest updates & e-books, e-magazines/e-newspapers, Digital content provided by Ministry of Human Resource Department.   This blog contains library programmes and activities, digital content, student study materials, teacher support materials, sample question papers etc.
